Refund policy
Shipping
All our products are made to order and shipped after completion. Generally, it takes us 5-7 business days to produce clothing items like T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and long sleeves, while non-apparel items such as mugs and phone cases usually need 8-10 business days.
Please note, this does not include weekends or holidays.
Refunds
All of our t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, sweatshirts, and other items are made to order. We offer a 7-day refund policy with certain conditions. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 7 days since your purchase, we cannot accommodate any refunds.
We are unable to process refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or if you are dissatisfied with the color thread you selected.
Kindly ensure that you are selecting the correct size when placing your order.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of your receipt of the product in the following situations:
- The product delivered did not match the specifications ordered regarding color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
- The product arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
- The product arrived in extremely poor condition (evidence is needed).
We will only accept refunds if your t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, or any other products are damaged or have issues, such as printing errors.
To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please send us a picture of the damage first. We will evaluate the damaged item to determine if it meets our refund criteria. If approved, we will send you a replacement at no charge.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered the printing phase. Once printing begins, orders will be handled normally. The authority to cancel rests entirely with Hopi Earth.
